1. Understanding Handmade Uniqueness

Every Kalasathi product is handcrafted and inherently unique—slight variations in weave, print, texture, or stitch are part of the artisanal charm and are not defects. Natural dyes may bleed during early washes; please follow care instructions.

We encourage thoughtful consideration before initiating a return or cancellation.

2. Return Eligibility & Timeline

• You may request a return within 7 days from delivery.
• If the item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, ideally including an unboxing video.

3. Verification and Return Process

• We review submitted evidence to determine if the issue is due to shipping or workmanship.
• On approval, a return pickup is usually arranged within 48 hours (subject to availability). Up to three pickup attempts are made.
• Items must be returned unused, in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

4. Conditions for Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• The product or its packaging is damaged.
• The item does not match your order.
• You are dissatisfied due to size, fit, color issues, or quality concerns.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product was damaged while in your care.
• There are signs of usage or missing packaging/accessories.
• The request is raised after the 7-day window.
• The wrong item was ordered by the customer.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued after we receive and verify the returned item.
• Processing time: 7–10 business days from receipt.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method (actual timelines may vary by bank or provider).
• Shipping and convenience fees are non-refundable unless due to our verified error (e.g., defective or incorrect items delivered).

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel an order any time before it ships.
• Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible; please use the return process after delivery.

8. Non-Delivery / RTO

• Orders undelivered due to erroneous or incomplete addresses may be returned to origin (RTO).
• In such cases, refunds are processed after deducting applicable shipping/handling charges.

9. Legal & Final Decisions

All returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to these terms. Our decisions after verification are final. By placing an order with Kalasathi, you agree to this policy.
