2. Shipping Costs & Customs
- Shipping charges are displayed on product pages—no hidden fees.
- Buyers are responsible for customs duties/taxes levied by local authorities; delays due to customs are outside our control.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of receipt.
- If stock is unavailable, the order will be canceled and a refund initiated.
- Typical shipping window is up to 14 working days (unless otherwise specified).
4. Estimated Delivery Times & Tracking
- Tentative delivery dates are shared at checkout; force majeure or operational constraints may cause delays.
- No refunds/returns are offered solely for such delays.
- Tracking details are provided after dispatch so you can monitor the shipment.
5. Delivery & Address Guidelines
Each order ships to a single address. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.
6. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation/modification is allowed until dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or buyer unavailability, the parcel may return to origin (RTO). Refunds will be processed after deducting logistics costs.
7. Packaging & Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must pack securely (tamper-proof, damage-resistant) and include shipping label & invoice.
- Use approved logistics partners and retain proof of dispatch/delivery for up to 3 years; furnish on request.
- Delays in dispatch may lead to cancellation and can affect seller standing.
8. Tracking & Customer Communication
- We email dispatch notifications with tracking information.
- Unexpected delays will be communicated proactively with updated timelines.
9. Refunds & Returns on Delivery Issues
- No refunds/returns are issued purely for courier delays beyond Kalasathi’s control.
- For delivery failures due to buyer-provided address errors or unavailability, refunds are processed after deducting logistics expenses.
