2. Platform Role & Limitations

• Kalasathi is a digital bridge between artisans and buyers and is not a manufacturer, owner, or guarantor of listed products.
• We do not manufacture, stock, or directly sell products.
• We do not guarantee suitability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Product information is provided by sellers; Kalasathi is not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays therein.

3. Website & App Availability

While we strive for 24/7 access, Kalasathi is not liable for interruptions due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, cyberattacks, disasters).

4. Intellectual Property

• Kalasathi retains rights over platform design, branding, and original content.

5. Handmade Product Variations

Minor differences in color, weave, motif, or size are natural indicators of handmade authenticity and are not considered defects.
